Creator Circuit: an education subscription platform for content creators by content creators

Creator Circuit is subscription based ed-learning platform for content creators by content creators. Designed for the busy learner, it compiles a continuously growing library of bite-sized video tutorials on multiple topics within content creation and provides its users the opportunity to connect with fellow creators via the active community they’ve fostered.
I was brought into the team very early on, which allowed for the UI and design system to evolve alongside the company's branding and tutorials being made since the beginning. The UI is modern and energetic but made to be secondary to the content and let the visual of the content shine.

Personalized content discovery home page
Each user’s home page surfaced curated bite size courses, playlists and instructors based on the interests they had set when signing up, as well as progress and learning behaviour.
This allows users to explore trending, recently viewed, or recommended lessons effortlessly via a dynamic, scrollable interface.
Visually distinct content categories
Besides clearly marking new content and in watch progress lessons, different thumbnail shapes and a special playlist logo help distinguish videos, playlists, and instructors, keeping the search and discovery experience intuitive and organized.

The visual distinction was also applied to the pages of each type of content, helping users quickly recognize what they're viewing and build contextual awareness over time.
