Design a brand identity and define visual standards for a specialty food store located in Vancouver.
The logo for Pico was inspired by Brazil’s terrain, that concept was incorporated by using topographic lines and also with the name of the brand, as “pico” means “peak” in portuguese.
Pico is a brand that sells granola and Brazilian ingredients based products that can also be incorporated into recipes.
Packaging and Point of Purchase
Create a packaging design for a line of products sold in a specialty food store along with a unit to display 3 items as a complete brand.
I chose to put the name of the product vertically to enhance interest on the label of the packaging and to reinforce its verticality. The combination of all those elements turned out to make a very strong identity that brings together the differently shaped cointainers.
Pico’s packaging focuses on having simple colour use and recyclable and reusable materials.
